THE CHALLENGE:

With more than 50 clients, Ferrin and Frenchie had their hands full as the only two managers of Holy Spirit Home Care. Their agency was successful, but it was becoming overwhelming and very time-consuming to deal with billing, scheduling, and managing caregivers on their own.

Additionally, their former EVV vendor never explained why claims were denied or other common issues agencies face. When they attempted to contact customer service, it was too late to fix anything by the time anybody got back to them, often resulting in lost money.

THE SOLUTION:

THE RESULTS:

Ferrin and Frenchie now have more time to focus on new opportunities to expand their business and add more services that will benefit a larger group of people. They have gained a new level of confidence in managing their agency’s operations. They are currently working on their BDDS Waiver and are hopeful of soon adding medical services and an adult daycare program to their agency.
