THE CHALLENGE:
Starting a new business is always a daunting task, and Nachelle’s experience was no exception. As she embarked on her journey of building her agency, she was faced with learning about the Home Care world for the first time and the question of how she was going to grow her agency.

In the initial stages, Nachelle’s agency had just three or four clients.
